The Life Teen group enjoyed the birthday celebration for Sean McVeigh. Lin, the cafeteria cashier at Benedictine College for over twenty years, assisted in buying a birthday cake for the suprise party. In the picture above, Sean thanks Lin for her generosity with a signed card from the group.

Thursday evening Mass was held in the Abbey Church with Archbishop Joseph Naumann. The Benedictine Community have shown great hospitality to the Life Teen Conference. Each day they have invited us to their Morning Prayer. They have also offered tours of the Abbey Church. The Benedictine hospitality has been seen after Mass each day when the monks offer each student a fresh donut. Mmmm...Benedictine spirituality is very good!
